A HILTON TEL AVIV STYLE APPLE TART FOR ROSH HASHANA
Lekach, or Jewish honey cake  is one of the
symbolically significant foods traditionally eaten on Rosh
Hashanah in hopes of ensuring a sweet New Year. However the apple with
honey is another traditional food popular in this holiday, as the apple symbolizes Gan Eden (the Garden of Eden) and the
honey is a taste of sweetness. 26 years old Dor Brawn, the Pastry Sue Chef of
Hilton Tel Aviv combined them both. So how about something different to
surprise your family and guests this year, like Hilton Tel Aviv guests will be
surprised in the coming Holiday.
